Registration Withdrawal

To withdraw from your monthly swim class, please submit this online form before the 10th of your swimmer’s last month of lessons. For example, if you wish for September to be your last month of lessons, your completed withdrawal notice must be received by SCSC before September 10th.

**Please submit the form just one time. Once processed, we will email you a confirmation email within a few days letting you know it’s all taken care of.**

If you are having a scheduling conflict, we would be happy to help you switch to another day and time or address any other issues you may be having.

If you are not continuing at SCSC, please keep your child active in swimming so they don’t lose their skills! For their safety and your peace of mind, all children need to be able to swim a strong freestyle stroke with good breathing. Most experts agree that the goal of 300 yards of freestyle is a good measure of water safety. And even for children who can swim, please be a designated Water Watcher when any children in your care are in or around the water. Their safety depends on your constant parental vigilance!

I plan on re-enrolling in swim lessons at Stony Creek Swim Center in (spring, fall, etc. .

I understand that withdrawal forms must be received by the 10th of the month in which I am exiting. Forms received after that will go into effect for the next billing cycle. Withdrawals are final. If you change your mind, you must re-enroll. Your swimmer will remain enrolled through the end of the month selected. Stony Creek Swim Center does not issue refunds.
